CP2 Patch Notes 11.10

  • New Feature: Random Hero Selection: you can now choose to play with a random hero. This selection ignores rank restrictions and you’ll be granted a bonus starting Talent point for your bravery.
  • Archaeology Perk no longer grants minerals from destroying debris. Stat bonus from picking up artifacts increased to 3 levels worth.
  • Archaeology Perk grants Parity Checks and Improved Parity Checks Talents for free.
  • Unstoppable Force Mastery reworked to make it worth picking again.
  • The base energy regeneration of all heroes has been increased by roughly .1.
  • Rainmaker, Electrostatic Fallout, Surgical Bombs and War Funds Talents are now available to all heroes.
  • Rally cooldown reduced 53 -> 50 seconds.
  • Tychus auto attack damage per level back up to .24.
  • Lightweight Equipment Mastery(Fury): cooldown reduction bonus towards Overdrive doubled.
  • By Fire Be Purged Mastery no longer increases Heatwave energy cost.
  • Pierce the Veil Mastery no longer obscures the whole screen.
  • Power Crystals Talent grants roughly .1 less energy regeneration for all heroes.
  • Field Research Talent now grants more bonuses and you earn bonuses twice as fast.
  • Enemy poison auras (Brain Bug etc) deal roughly the same damage on all difficulties.
  • Brutalisks (all types) life scaling reduced. This should be most notable on higher difficulties.
  • Starting Talent points are now the same on all difficulties. On average you should have slightly more points than before.
  • Impalers, Lurkers, and all colored Ultralisks have a higher attack priority.
  • Supreme enemy waves from the Hybrid General now have more health and have a custom health bar.
  • Omega Sentinels no longer spawn Mutalisks periodically.
  • Cerebrate Sentinels, Elder Hive Guardians and other powerful enemy types now award more experience and minerals.
  • Many strong enemy units now use new custom models.
  • CP Bunkers are now more resilient, especially against weaker enemies.
  • Messiah’s Rally Dark Templars no longer activate boss areas and traps.
  • Fixed Tychus making missile attacks magically disappear.
  • Fixed Spore Crawlers not attacking certain air units like enslaved Mutalisks.
  • Fixed Hell Divers still spawning for players who have left the game.
  • Fixed Spine Crawlers not visible when pummeling down cliffs.
  • Fixed Swann’s Iron Man Mastery.
  • Fixed Liberator Leadership interaction for reals.
  • Fixed Hellwalker Burtalisk and Ravager corrossive bile targeting.
  • Many many more smaller fixes, tweaks and performance improvements. Battle.net doesn’t allow longer patch notes :(
