Crap Patrol 2 Patch Notes

CP2 Patch Notes 15.7

  • New Hero: Zeratul
  • Zeratul is now available for live testing. That means you can play with Zeratul on the official map including all Masteries and you will gain regular progression to your Rank and Nemesis Episodes. The only thing you can’t do is upload replays with a Zeratul in the match. Please direct any and all feedback to the Discord and attach screenshots or replays.
  • 3000 Kill Streak Odin Rework:
  • The 3000 killstreak reward Odins are now accompanied by hero specific veteran units and attack with the CP forces. These Odins and their escorts will respawn after they have been decimated plus some internal cooldown has elapsed. This will fix many long standing issues with them, e.g. Nova players getting busted by overzealous companion Odins.
  • Nexus Exiles Rework:
  • All Nexus Exiles units, Talents, and Masteries have been reworked to make them feel more impactful and less spammy. The respawn frequency is much longer but the units themselves are way more powerful. New Masteries have been added to relevant heroes and less optimal choices like Golden Armada Mastery have been updated or merged with other effects.
  • Leagy of the Void Integration:
  • The map has converted to a LOTV map. Some things will look nicer and more cool stuff is available to us. We hope we found all bugs in our test matches. If you notice anything odd report it on the official Discord or reddit. Thank you.
  • Gameplay and Balance Changes:
  • Nemesis Episode 3´s Angry Brutalisk no longer becomes immune to damage. Beware the Infested Terrans…
  • Psi Storm and Thunderstorm stack with themselves, each other, and from other players albeit with diminishing returns.
  • Battlecruisers (all sources) launch their Yamato more reliably.
  • The 4K BCs will now always spawn up to 4 with leaver(s).
  • The “Red Queens” attack waves in Oldschool and Inferno have been replaced by other units to reduce lag.
  • Oldschool: Omegalisk attack waves will last less time. Brutalisk attack waves are slightly harder.
  • Hybrid General´s auto-attacks deal splash damage vs regular troops.
  • Resistant Hide buffs show how much damage they cap.
  • CP Forces’ siege tanks actualy siege-up and Vultures actually lay mines. So cool!
  • Fixed an exploit with Absorption Perk. Several replays have been removed from the leaderboards. Repeat offenders will be banned.
  • You will no longer be able to cast Blink where its not possible to teleport. Blink will no longer fail to teleport.
  • Aquila:
  • New Mastery: Replicant Mastery. Adds a Replicant to your Nexus Exiles waves that clones allies and foes to aid you in battle.
  • Golden Armada Mastery and Purification Mastery have merged into a single Mastery with roughly the same effects of both Masteries combined.
  • ELITE will now apply from summoning or warping in units. The bonus to Void Tear is now instantly awarded. Finally, the duration has been reduced and the effects are enhanced,
  • Atlas:
  • Supply Drop Mastery has been reworked. The initial heal is still there for niche strategies. The main purpose now is providing minerals on pick and later automatically fortifying the CP main base in the background.
  • Fortify is now transient (it no longer interrupts movement when cast).
  • Dune:
  • Legionarii always spawn at Auriga prism.
  • Arsenal Mastery from Pyro will increase Rush range instead of awarding armor.
  • Fury:
  • Learn Minefield is now guaranteed to appear within the first five Talents.
  • Battlefield Promotion Mastery´s Inspire comes with all possible upgrades (old: baseline Inspire).
  • Messiah:
  • Fixed Templar’s Verdict Mastery not activating properly and clarified its tooltip.
  • Nova:
  • Fixed Killer Instinct not awarding energy or progression when attacking weak enemies.
  • Tassadar:
  • New Mastery: Together as One. Increases damage of your hero based on the amount of nearby player-controlled units. Also includes all bonuses of the former Golden Armada Mastery.
  • Tychus:
  • Psionic Warrior passive shows all Talents affecting it on its tooltip.
